WEDDING GONE WRONG


  Twas on a wedding day
  A glorious wedding day
  The groom was in his hotel suite ,dressing    up
  Picturing the elegancy of his wife's gown
  Oh no , sorry .... His wife to be 😉


  Mr groom dressed up hurriedly
  With the visible tension on his shoulders
  His friends , calming him down
  Saying "aye man , she ain't going nowhere"

  Alas he was done dressing up
  Escorted by his friends  he gets to the
  church,
  Made his way to the alter ,
  Trying to visualize his beautiful wife.

  He waited and waited
  He waited for his bride but there was no
  Avail
  But guess what ??
  He never gave up
  He kept telling the priest " buy her more 
  time , she'll soon be here "

  The priest got tired of waiting
  But the groom did not , he was up on his 
  feet the entire time
  All the invited guests had gone
  His family, no where to be found
  His friends , cheering him up😩

  They all kept telling him to take heart
   But he shrug them all away
   Saying , he didn't want condolence
   Speeches
   Telling them his wife would soon arrive.

  Twas midnight already
  He was still on his feet 😲
  The priest had no choice than to wait
  All his friends were already weary
  But he wasn't.

  Suddenly a man arrived with a letter
  A letter from the bride
  He wasted no time in tearing it open
  Lo , an invitation card was attached to it🙄

  It read
  " Hey man
  I hope you are good
  My wedding party just ended
  Sorry I didn't invite you 🥺
  I just thought it would be ackward
  I love him
  Much love , your ex"

  His hands were shaking with fury
  He dashed out of the church
  Straight to his "brides" new residence
  He jumped over the fence 😳😲

  He tried to persuade her to come back to 
  him
  But here is what she said
  " Away , you shameless beast ,
   I have nothing to do with you "
 He walked back home dejected 😭
 Just like that the love of his life was gone !!!

  I speak of a man left at the alter
  I speak of a man called Jesus
  The alter is the foot of the cross
  The priest is God , the father
  I am the bride , you are that bride !!!

  Jesus gave his life for us
  He gave his all for us
  But how did we repay him ??
  By tying the "knot" with the devil 😓

  In this case , divorce is allowed !!!
