The  Stray
   

      The Stray 
      Walking down the road of perdition 
      To a site called destruction
      A land of total agony 
      With no idea of what she's doing 
      

      She goes deeper and deeper 
      Bearing the agonizing ache in her legs
      Feeling the strains in her muscle
      Yet unable to stop and rest 


       Why ??
       Because the force pushing her is 
       beyond her power 
       She tries to struggle with this force 
       But all to no avail.
       

      She has been on this journey 
      Nonstop for days now 
      Her empty belly , beating drums 
      Her dry tongue stinging 


     Occasionally she's given a little cup of   
     water
     This is a bait to get her continue the   
     journey
     The journey to a site called destruction
     Her  final destination.
    

    Suddenly she hears a voice 
    A tender , loving voice
    A voice that radiates hope
    A voice of deliverance.


    She halts
    Tired of this journey
    She pauses , struggles with the voice
    pushing her
    She screams for help
      

    Savior help me!! She cried
    Then came a hand 
    The longest hand she's ever seen 
    His saving grace
     

   She feels this inner peace
   as the hand rescues her
   She clings to this hand
   With eyes closed 


   She felt this aura of freedom and peace
   She opened her eyes
   She couldn't fathom what she saw
   She saw a beautiful city
   "So this is what I almost missed!"
   She cried
   Now in glory she seats , resting by the 
   side of the master.


   This woman is SELF
   Bound by the cords of insecurity , 
   Lies and worldly pleasure 
   Scorged with the rod of pain 
  Navigated by the force of worldly pleasure
  Not knowing how to break free . 



SELF 
When Sin Enters man's Life , man becomes Frustrated . S-E-L-F
   RUN FAR , RUN FAR AWAY FROM SIN!!
